2019 Membership Fee (for all vendors): $70

Members who attend the Spring Membership Meeting will receive a $10 discount for attending each meeting on their Annual Membership Fees for the following year. Members who attend the Fall Membership Meeting will receive a $10 discount for attending each meeting on their Annual Membership Fees for the following year.

Daily and Seasonal Pass/Fees

Daily Pass 
(only required if you do NOT have a Season Pass)
Spaces: Full space 10′ x 10′ ,  Half Space 5′ x 10′

Saturdays: Full Space $20, Half Space $10
Wednesdays: Full Space $10, Half Space $5
Spaces: Full space 10′ x 10′ ,  Half Space 5′ x 10′

Saturday Pass (Includes Free Wednesdays)
Full Space – $400
Half Space – $200

Wednesday Only Pass
Full Space –  $170
Half Space – $85

For 2019, Season Pass holders can choose to either pay $400 at the end of their first market OR the following payment plan:
May 4 $100
June 1 $100
July 6 $100
Aug 3 $100

Fine Arts and Craft Vendors

Art and Fine Craft Guidelines – PDF

This is a juried application process.
Jurying will be based on:

  • Local
  • Original
  • Homegrown
  • Quality of materials
  • Quality of craftsmanship
  • Products made from raw materials (not assembling of commercial made items; no kits)

Please provide at least 3 photographs of your product.
This is an application for membership/vending only.
You will be notified once your application has been accepted.
You may not sell at Market until you have been notified of acceptance.

Jury Dates for Fine Arts and Crafts and Food Vendors will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of April, May, June and July. You will receive detailed instructions from the Market Manager.

Food Vendors

Food Vendors Guidelines – PDF
This is a juried application process.
This is an application for membership/vending only.
You will be notified once your application has been accepted.
You may not sell at Market until you have been notified of acceptance.

 

Vendors using an open or exposed flame or combustible fuel are required to provide a working fire extinguisher.  Any tent structure used where cooking or heating is performed under a tent must be fire resistant, properly anchored, and separated from other structures by a minimum distance of ten feet.  The tent will have a UL Flame Spread/Resistance rating clearly visible and attached to the tent.

Jury Dates for Fine Arts and Crafts and Food Vendors will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of April, May, June and July. You will receive detailed instructions from the Market Manager.
